Workplace investigations are conducted when there is credible information of significant wrongdoing, misconduct, or ethical lapses. We investigate claims filed internally by employees, contractors, and vendors. We consult the employer and recommend resolution strategies, when appropriate.

EEO INVESTIGATIONS

Ivy Mediation and Consulting, LLC conduct EEO investigations nationally in compliance with all Federal laws, rules, and regulations set forth by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) as well as other regulatory requirements, along with client policies, processes, and procedures.

We investigate claims of discrimination, harassment, and/or retaliation by collecting relevant, reliable, and factual information to allow an independent reviewer of the facts to draw a conclusion as to whether a violation occurred. As an impartial third party, we conduct comprehensive investigations to uncover the specifics of a complaint.

EEO COUNSELING

Ivy Mediation and Consulting, LLC provides EEO counseling for aggrieved persons who believe they have been discriminated against on the basis of characteristics protected under various federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Our certified and qualified EEO counselors serve as neutral third parties who informally mediate and conciliate issues as quickly as possible at the early stage of a complaint. If a resolution is not achieved, they ensure prompt and efficient processing of the discrimination complaint.
