Our certified Investigators investigate claims of discrimination, harassment, and/or retaliation by collecting relevant, reliable, and factual information to allow an independent reviewer of the facts to draw a conclusion as to whether a violation occurred. As an impartial third party, we conduct comprehensive investigations to uncover the specifics of a complaint.
We collect direct, circumstantial, comparative, statistical evidence, and other types of evidence. Then we analyze the information collected and provide a report of investigation to include findings and supporting documentation.
