EEO Counseling
Ivy Mediation and Consulting, LLC provides EEO counseling for aggrieved persons who believe they have been discriminated against on the basis of characteristics protected under various federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Our certified and qualified EEO counselors serve as neutral third parties who informally mediate and conciliate issues as quickly as possible at the early stage of a complaint. If the resolution is not achieved, they ensure prompt and efficient processing of the discrimination complaint.
